Level 1 – Certified Aura Navigator (CAN)
Purpose: Learn the Aura Mindset and identify organizational friction, execution chasms, strategic latency, and human-machine misalignment.
Required Competencies: Systems thinking, Living-System perspective, Aura of Two Minds understanding of shifting perspectives, diagnostic observation, strategic inquiry.
Validation: Case-study analysis, strategic framing exercise, executive summary submission.
Level 2 – Certified Aura Strategist (CAS)
Purpose: Move from observation to architecture.
Competencies: TOMCAT Framework, Execution Chasm Mapping, 5E Phoenix Protocol, E.R.R.C., Strategy Canvas, Value Innovation.
Deliverables: Organizational diagnostic, architecture map, intervention plan, executive presentation.
Level 3 – Certified Aura Architect (CAA)
Purpose: Become an implementation leader.
Competencies: 10K Variation Thinking, Solvency Mapping, Organizational Design, Change Architecture, Human-AI Integration.
Capstone: Complete a real organizational engagement and transformation roadmap.
Level 4 – Certified Aura Systems Engineer (CASE)
Purpose: Become an AI Universal Engine implementation authority.
Competencies: AIUE Layer Integration, GSSM, Risk Engine, TX Nexus, Execution Alignment.
Validation: Live simulation and complete Engine Report.
Level 5 – Sovereign Aura Master (SAM)
Purpose: Highest professional designation.
Requirements: Minimum 10 successful engagements, demonstrated outcomes, teaching capability, ethical leadership.
Authority: Certify others, lead cohorts, represent AIUE globally.
Universal Certification Requirements
Knowledge Assessment: Case-based evaluations.
Strategic Assessment: Executive briefing and recorded presentation.
Applied Assessment: Real-world application and evidence.
Ethical Assessment: Transparency, human-centered design, responsible AI use, mission alignment.
Certification Tracks
Executive Track – CEOs, COOs, Executive Directors.
Consultant Track – Advisors, Coaches, Facilitators.
Practitioner Track – Internal managers and implementation leaders.
Certification Renewal
Renew every 24 months through continuing education, case study submission, and AIUE proficiency review.
